Uncooled LWIR detectors RTD6122W

The RTD6122W WLP package uncooled infrared detector uses a self-developed 12μm uncooled VOx thermal imaging sensor with a resolution of 640×512. The RTD6122W infrared detector is available in a WLP package, which is suitable for micromodule applications with the characteristics of affordability, low power consumption, small size, light weight and long life.
